Pottukadala Chutney


 Ingredients:

For Grinding
1.      Pottukadala – 5 tsp
2.      Coconut – 1 cup
3.      Green chilli – 1 -2 nos
4.      Shallots – 3-4 nos
5.      Garlic – 2 nos (Optional)
6.      Ginger – A small piece
7.      Salt –To taste
For seasoning
1.      Oil -2 tsp
2.      Mustard – 1 tsp
3.      Red chilli -2 nos (Cut it into 3 Pieces)
4.      Curry leaves – 2 Spings


Method:
  1. Grind all the ingredients for grinding to a fine paste with enough water
  2. Take a pan, heat the oil and season it with mustard, Red chilli and curry leaves. Por this to the ground chutney. Stir well. Serve it with dosa, idli etc . . .
