Fish Fry
Ingredients
1. Fish – ½ Kg
2. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
3. Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
4. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
5. Lime juice – 1 tsp
6. Curry leaves – 2 springs
7. Salt
8. Oil
How to Prepare
- Clean and Cut the fish. Rub with little salt and wash well.
- Mix Chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt with little water to make a paste. Marinate the fish with this paste for ½ hr.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Place the Curry leaves in the oil and place the marinated fish over it. Shallow fry on low flame. When one side cooked well turn the side and fry.
