Moru Curry



Ingredients

1.      Laban (Butter milk) – ½ ltr
2.      Big Onion – 1 (Thin sliced)
3.      Ginger – A small piece
4.      Garlic – 2 – 3 nos
5.      Green chilli – 2 – 3 nos
6.      Curry leaves – 2 – 3 springs
7.      Oil – 2 tsp
8.      Mustard – 1 tsp
9.      Fenugreek Seeds – ½ tsp
10.  Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
11.  Salt – to taste


How to Prepare
  1. Heat oil in a wok. Splutter mustard, and then add fenugreek seeds.
  2. Add sliced onion, crushed garlic and ginger. Sauté well until onion becomes golden brown. Add chopped green chilli. Stri well. Add Turmeric powder and stir well.
  3. Add butter milk and little water. Add salt and curry leaves. Stir Well. Don’t allow to boil. When it starts bubbling through the sides of wok, remove from fire.
