Moru Curry
Ingredients
1. Laban (Butter milk) – ½ ltr
2. Big Onion – 1 (Thin sliced)
3. Ginger – A small piece
4. Garlic – 2 – 3 nos
5. Green chilli – 2 – 3 nos
6. Curry leaves – 2 – 3 springs
7. Oil – 2 tsp
8. Mustard – 1 tsp
9. Fenugreek Seeds – ½ tsp
10. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
11. Salt – to taste
How to Prepare
- Heat oil in a wok. Splutter mustard, and then add fenugreek seeds.
- Add sliced onion, crushed garlic and ginger. Sauté well until onion becomes golden brown. Add chopped green chilli. Stri well. Add Turmeric powder and stir well.
- Add butter milk and little water. Add salt and curry leaves. Stir Well. Don’t allow to boil. When it starts bubbling through the sides of wok, remove from fire.
