Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
1. Bread
2. Boneless chicken – 150 gm
3. Chilli powder- ½ tsp
4. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
5. Onion- 1 no. (Finley chopped)
6. Chilly Powder-1/4 tea spoon
7. Coriander powder-1/4 tea spoon
8. Chicken Masala -1/2 tsp
9. Tomato paste – ½ tsp
10. Oil- 2 Tblesp
11. Salt- As per taste.
12. Butter/ Mayonnaise – As required
Method of Preparation:
- Cook chicken with Chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a covered pan. Mince the cooked chicken. Keep it aside.
- In a pan sauté onion in oil. Then add powders and masala and stir well. Then add tomato paste. Sauté well. Add minced chicken, sprinkle little salt and stir well. Remove from fire.
- Take a slice of bread and apply butter / mayonnaise on its both sides. Place it on the sandwich maker. Top it with chicken filling. Then take another bread slice and apply butter on the both sides. Place it over the chicken filling. Toast the sandwich until golden brown. Repeat the process until its finished.
