Multi Grain Dosa



Ingredients:
1.      white rice - 1 1/4 glass
2.       Thuvara Parippu (Toor Dal / Red Gram) -  1/4 glass
3.      Uzhunnu Parippu (Urad Dal / Black Gram) -  1/4 glass
4.      Cherupayar (Moong Dal / Green Gram) -  1/4 glass
5.       Kadala Parippu (Chana Dal / Bengal Gram) -  1/4 glass
6.      Soya Bean – ¼ glass
7.      water - to make a batter
8.      salt
How to Prepare
  1. Wash and Soak the grains and pulses for 4 hours or more. Later grind them together by adding a little water. No need to ferment the batter. Add salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a pan and pour little oil and then pour a ladle of the batter and with a spatula make it to a round shape. Cook only one side. Serve with coconut chutney.
