Noodles - Egg Omlette



Ingredients

1.    Noodles – 1 pkt
2.    Carrot (Finely Chopped) – ¼ cup
3.    Capsicum (Finely Chopped) – ¼ cup
4.    Egg – 1
5.    Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
6.    Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
7.    Salt – to taste
8.    Oil – 2 tsp

How to Prepare

  1. Boil water in a vessel with little oil. Add 1 pkt of noodles and allow to cook well. (Dont add the noodles masala). Take them out in a strainer and pour cold water over the pasta. 
  2. Beat egg with salt and pepper powder.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cooked carrot – capsicum mix. Sauté well. Add garam masala and Noodles masala. Stir well. Add cooked noodles. Mix well.
  4. Pour the beaten egg oven the noodles. Lower the flame and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. When the egg cooked well turn the omlette. (Don’t break the omlette). Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Remove from fire and serve it hot.
