Noodles - Egg Omlette
Ingredients
1. Noodles – 1 pkt
2. Carrot (Finely Chopped) – ¼ cup
3. Capsicum (Finely Chopped) – ¼ cup
4. Egg – 1
5. Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
6. Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
7. Salt – to taste
8. Oil – 2 tsp
How to Prepare
- Boil water in a vessel with little oil. Add 1 pkt of noodles and allow to cook well. (Dont add the noodles masala). Take them out in a strainer and pour cold water over the pasta.
- Beat egg with salt and pepper powder.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cooked carrot – capsicum mix. Sauté well. Add garam masala and Noodles masala. Stir well. Add cooked noodles. Mix well.
- Pour the beaten egg oven the noodles. Lower the flame and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. When the egg cooked well turn the omlette. (Don’t break the omlette). Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Remove from fire and serve it hot.
