Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
1. Pasta – 500gm
2. Boneless Chicken – 2 cup
3. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
4. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
5. Salt – to taste
6. Big Onion – 1 No.
7. Garlic – 2 – 3 cloves
8. Crushed chilli – ½ tsp
9. Tomato Paste – 1 ½ tsp
10. Garam Masala – ½ tsp
11. Oregano – ½ tsp
12. Chicken cube – 1 no
13. Olive oil – 2 tsp
How to Prepare
- Cook chicken with Chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a covered pan.
- Collect the chicken stalk and keep aside. Shred the chicken into small pieces.
- Take a large vessel full of water and add salt and 1 tsp oil (any cooking oil) to it. Bring to boil. Add pasta to boiling water. Cook it for 7-10 minutes. Take them out in a strainer and pour cold water over the pasta.
- Finely chop onion and garlic.
- Take another pan. Heat olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté well. Add garam masala and crushed chilli and stir well. Then add tomato paste. Saute well.
- Add Chicken stalk and chicken cube to it and allow to boil. When it become a thick gravy add cooked pasta and shredded chicken. Sprinkle oregano and little more salt. Stir well.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
