Healthy Cake

                        Cake with Ragi flour
Ingredients:
Ragi flour / Multi grain health mix powder - 1 cup Cocoa powder - 4 Table spoon
Baking powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - 1/4tsp
 Banana purée - 1 cup (2 medium sized ripe banana)
 Milk - 1/2 cup
 Oil - 1/2 cup
 Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup
 Vanilla extract - 1 tspoon

How to make:
Blend banana and milk in mixer grinder and make a puree. Add Oil and jaggery powder one by one and blend well. Add 1 tspoon Vanilla essence to it and mix well. Keep it aside.
Mix flour, Cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder well and filter through a sieve 3 times.

Then add this flour mix into the prepared batter gradually and mix it properly.

Pour this batter into a lined baking pan and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
You will get a very healthy, super soft cake..
                Cake with multi grain powder

Note:
1. If you want to make it more chocolaty,  you can add choco chips.
2. You can add chopped nuts to make it more crunchy.
3. I used Manna's health mix for Multi grain powder.
4. This is a mild sweet cake. If you need more sweetness, you can add more jaggery / dates puree.
5. You can use egg / curd instead of oil.
