Muringayila Dosa / Drumstick leaves Dosa


Ingredients 
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - ½tspoon
Garlic pods - 2- 3 nos finely chopped 
Shallots - 5-6 nos slitted into half
Green chili - 1 no
Pepper cones - ½ tspoon
Drumstick leaves - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Dosa batter - enough

How to prepare 
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When it starts spluttering add chopped garlic, saute for 1 minute. Then add schallots & green chilli and suate well.. 
When it becomes translucent, add pepper cones and stir for couple of minutes. 
Then add drumstick leaves. Saute well for 4-5 mintes on medium flame. Add salt.Then switch off the flame and allow to cool.
Once it's cooled, tranfer them into a mixer jar, add little water. Grind well.
Add this to dosa batter, stir well. Make dosas as usual..
Healthy and tasty muringayila dosa is ready..
