Chicken & Vegetable Mixed Pasta



Ingredients: 

Pasta : 2 1/2 cup
Salt: As needed
Chicken: 150 gms
Big onion (Finely chopped) - 1 No
ginger garlic paste : 1 / 2 tspoon
Carrot: 1 No
Corn: 1/4 cup
Tomato : 1 No
Red chilli : 2 Nos
Sugar - 1/4 tspoon
Oregano: 2 t spoon
Pepper : 1 tspoon
Chilli flakes: 1/2 tspoon
Olive oil : 2 tables spoon
Turmeric powder : a small pinch

Method of Preparation

  1. Cook pasta as mentioned in the packet,
  2. Chicken cut into small cubes. Cook these cubes with 1cup water, salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Once it is cooked take the pieces out. Keep the chicken stock also.
  3. Crush these chicken pieces with carrot and corn using a processor and keep it aside. 
  4. Soak red chilli in 3-4 tables spoon hot water for 15 minutes
  5. Boil 1 cup water in a pot. Add tomato once it starts boiling and keep it there for 3-4 minutes. Then take it out and immerse into cold water. Then peen off the skin. Grind this tomato along with soaked chilli and sugar to make a paste.
  6. Add olive oil to hot kadai. Add chopped onion. Stir well. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well until it's raw smell goes off and cooks well.
  7. Add tomato puree, chilli flakes, pepper powder & oregano. Stir well. once tomato puree cooked well, add chicken - veggie mix. Saute well. 
  8. Then add cooked pasta and chicken stock.Stir well for 2 -3 minutes. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
