Chicken & Vegetable Mixed Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta : 2 1/2 cup
Salt: As needed
Chicken: 150 gms
Big onion (Finely chopped) - 1 No
ginger garlic paste : 1 / 2 tspoon
Carrot: 1 No
Corn: 1/4 cup
Tomato : 1 No
Red chilli : 2 Nos
Sugar - 1/4 tspoon
Oregano: 2 t spoon
Pepper : 1 tspoon
Chilli flakes: 1/2 tspoon
Olive oil : 2 tables spoon
Turmeric powder : a small pinch
Method of Preparation
- Cook pasta as mentioned in the packet,
- Chicken cut into small cubes. Cook these cubes with 1cup water, salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Once it is cooked take the pieces out. Keep the chicken stock also.
- Crush these chicken pieces with carrot and corn using a processor and keep it aside.
- Soak red chilli in 3-4 tables spoon hot water for 15 minutes
- Boil 1 cup water in a pot. Add tomato once it starts boiling and keep it there for 3-4 minutes. Then take it out and immerse into cold water. Then peen off the skin. Grind this tomato along with soaked chilli and sugar to make a paste.
- Add olive oil to hot kadai. Add chopped onion. Stir well. Then add ginger garlic paste. Saute well until it's raw smell goes off and cooks well.
- Add tomato puree, chilli flakes, pepper powder & oregano. Stir well. once tomato puree cooked well, add chicken - veggie mix. Saute well.
- Then add cooked pasta and chicken stock.Stir well for 2 -3 minutes. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
