Dates & Nuts Ladoo

Dates are very healthy and it help us to increase our vision power and hemoglobin count. But normally I don't like the extra sweetness of Dates. So I was searching for some good recipes to try with dates. Finally I could find one recipe. Date & Nuts Ladoo.We can serve this as a snack or sweet. Because of the crunchy nuts, we don't feel that much of sweetness. Its a simple recipe with only 3 ingredients. Try it....



Ingredients:

Dates - 1 cup
Peanut - 1/4 cup
Roasted cashew - 1/4 cup


How to make:


  1. Heat Pan. Dry roast peanut on medium flame until they are golden brown. The skin will start splitting up at this time turn off the flame and let it cool down. Remove the skin
  2. Crush this peanuts and cashew using a mixer grinder. (Use pulse mode. otherwise it will be a fine powder)
  3. Remove the seed from dates and finely chop it. Grind dates into smooth paste. (Make sure, dates should be soft and moist. DON'T add any oil / water).
  4. In a mixing bowl, take the crushed nuts and date mixture and mix well. Make a small size balls and store it in a air tight container.
