Dry Fruits Laddoo
Ingredients
Dates - 1 cup
Prunes - 3/4 cup
Black Raisins - 1/4 cup
Cashew, badam, pea nut, pista, walnut - 1/4 cup each or 1 cup altogether
Sesame seeds - 1 table spoon
Cardomom powder - 1 tspoon
(Ingredients depends on the availability. You can change any item. But quantity of prunes should be less than of dates)
Method of preparation
Wash Dates, Prunes, Black raisins thoroughly and roughly grind together.Make powder of cashew, badam, walnut, pista, peanut coarsely.
Heat 1 table spoon ghee in kadai, add powdered nuts & sesame seeds and roast for 1 or 2 minutes max at medium flame.
Then add dry fruits paste and saute well.
Add cardomom powder and mix together.
Allow to cool.
Then make small balls and serve it.
