Chicken - Vegetable Sandwich




Ingredients

1.    Bread
2.    Boneless chicken – 150 gm
3.      Chilli powder- ½ tsp
4.      Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
5.    Ginger – Garlic paste – ½ tsp
6.    Carrot - 1 no. (Finley chopped)
7.    Cabbage – ½ cup (Finley chopped)
8.    Pepper Powder -2 tsp
9.      Mayonnaise – 2 table spoon
10.  Butter – 1 tsp
11.  Salt- As per taste.
12.  Cheese Slices

Method of Preparation:
1.                  Cook chicken with Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger – Garlic Paste, 1 ½ tsp Pepper powder and salt in a covered pan. Mince the cooked chicken. Keep it aside.
2.                  Mix finely chopped Carrot, Cabbage, Minced Chicken Mayonnaise and ½ tsp Pepper Powder.
3.                  Take a slice of bread and apply butter on its both sides. Place it on the sandwich maker. Top it with chicken – vegetable filling. Place a Cheese Slice over it. Then take another bread slice and apply butter on the both sides. Place it over the Cheese Slice. Toast the sandwich until golden brown. Repeat the process until its finished.
